The Problem

Of people have spent over 2 hours waiting during a single visit

One of the main issues with most theme parks, is that they are oftentimes plagued with wait times. This can be frustrating for the customer and the theme park staff alike.
Research
by prioritizing the reduction of wait times, amusement parks can create a more enjoyable and efficient experience for visitors. This, in turn, leads to increased visitor numbers, positive reviews, and a greater likelihood of attracting new guests through word-of-mouth and positive online presence. By utilizing technology, optimizing operations, and focusing on customer satisfaction, amusement parks can achieve their goal of increasing the number of people choosing to visit their attractions.

Person 1
As I stand in line for a ride at the amusement park, I can't help but feel a tinge of frustration. Waiting around has never been my favorite thing to do; it always seems like such a waste of time. The minutes tick by slowly, and I can't help but think about all the other activities and attractions I could be experiencing instead.
Perhaps it's because I have a deep appreciation for efficiency and making the most of every moment. I value my time and want to ensure that I squeeze every drop of enjoyment out of my visit to the amusement park. Standing in line feels like a delay, an obstacle preventing me from fully immersing myself in the excitement and thrill that I came here to experience.
The sun beating down on me adds another layer of discomfort to the waiting experience. As the temperature rises, I feel my body warm up, and a thin layer of sweat begins to form on my skin. I've never been one to handle excessive heat well, and standing under the scorching sun only amplifies my discomfort. It's hard to fully enjoy the anticipation of the ride when the discomfort of the sun distracts me.
But, despite my dislike for waiting and the discomfort of the sun, I understand that amusement parks have their own challenges to manage. They need to ensure the safety of guests, maintain efficient operations, and manage crowds effectively. I recognize that these factors contribute to the necessity of waiting in line.
